well the basic thing is his and her family.........if he really likes her than according to me he shud tell her the situation .....but dont make her feel that u cant live without her n all that...lol......just tell her that dekho tum jo bhi ho (kiya pata larka ho).....i start liking u and wait for her answer wat she have to say....if she will say right away that ya she also likes him then kuch garbar hai.....but if she'll take long time to answer then there r chances that she also likes him (and that she is a girl...lol).....but if she refuses him right away then tell ur frnd that she has been just passing her time with u dude......lol.........or may b she just want him to be his frnd and thats it not more than that
